Helen
Helen has over 20 years of experience working as a high-level Executive Assistant and Chief of Staff, mostly within the NHS and the Government. She decided to move into a career as a Virtual Assistant in 2019, and since then has worked for clients such as a digital bank, celebrity sportsman, high net worth individuals, the NHS, a local lady’s choir and a healthcare company, to name a few. She also has quite a few clients in the charity sector. During her time in the NHS, she was responsible for challenging diary & inbox management, project work, writing various reports around the political landscape within the NHS and a great deal of board-level administration, including governance cycling, minute-taking and risk management.
Working within the public sector, Helen brings a wealth of skills and experience to support her clients, and personally demands a high quality of work and accuracy at all times. She boasts strong organisational skills and likes to be proactive and forward-thinking. She is completely comfortable working within a high-pressure industry and is flexible to these demands.
Based in the Lake District, Helen’s first passion is, of course, walking, and when she isn’t working, she can often be found challenging herself on a Lake District Mountain, along with her beloved Springer Spaniel. Helen is also very passionate about learning and is always taking on courses to improve her personal and career-related knowledge.
